What SignSpot text reminders are

SignSpot is a booking and scheduling service operated by Candari LLC. When you book an appointment or event through a form hosted on SignSpot, you can choose to receive text message reminders about that booking.

These are reminders about the specific appointment you booked — nothing else. SignSpot does not send marketing or promotional text messages, and does not send messages on behalf of anyone other than SignSpot.

How you opt in

Every booking form that offers text reminders shows the checkbox below directly under the phone number field. It is never ticked in advance, and you do not have to tick it to complete your booking. It reads, word for word:

Only people who tick the box receive text messages, and only about the booking they made at the time. SignSpot never buys, rents or imports phone numbers from anyone else.

Message frequency

You will receive up to 3 text messages per booking. The exact number depends on how many reminders the organiser has scheduled — for example, one the day before and one an hour before. After your appointment has passed, no further reminders are sent for it.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. SignSpot does not charge you for text reminders.

Getting help

Reply HELP (or INFO) to any reminder and you will receive a message explaining who sent it and how to reach us.

Opting out

Reply STOP to any reminder to stop receiving them. STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END and QUIT also work. You will receive one message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and no further reminders after that.

Opting out stops the text messages only. It does not cancel your booking — to cancel, use the link in your confirmation email. To start receiving reminders again, reply START.

Carrier liability

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

We use your phone number only to send you reminders about your booking. We do not share or sell mobile opt-in data, phone numbers collected for text reminders, or consent records with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
